SeatGo is a tool for banquet/conference/annual meeting QR code check-in, seat inquiry, and reservation registration. Today, we'll introduce the banquet check-in and seat inquiry function, and how to quickly generate a banquet seat inquiry QR code in just a few minutes?

The banquet check-in and seat inquiry function supports:

You can generate the check-in and seat inquiry QR code in the following 2 steps:

1. Create a banquet event:

• Access the tool's operation backend: Register an account, log in, and enter the tool's backend.
• Select the type: Find and click the [Create check-in event] option in the navigation bar, choose the [Create banquet event] type, and configure the content as prompted;
• Configure the event invitation page: Fill in the banquet name, theme description information, add the top theme picture, add the venue layout map. After completion, click [Create/Update event] at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next step.

2. Batch import personnel information

• After completing the above configuration, you will automatically enter this page. Click [Event member management] to enter, download the template form, and upload the guests' seating information.

After completing the above configuration, you can obtain the QR code for use. Post it at the entrance of the banquet, and guests can scan the QR code to check in and inquire about their seats.
